Resting ECG

Resting electrocardiography (ECG) is a non-invasive test that can detect abnormalities including arrhythmias, evidence of coronary heart disease, left ventricular hypertrophy and bundle branch blocks.

Resting Blood Pressure and Heart Rate

A blood pressure measurement helps diagnose high blood pressure early, so it may be treated before it leads to serious complications.

Exercise Stress Test

A stress test, also called an exercise stress test, shows how your heart works during physical activity. Because exercise makes your heart pump harder and faster, an exercise stress test can reveal problems with blood flow within your heart.

Ankle- Brachial Index Monitor

The ankle-brachial index test compares the blood pressure measured at your ankle with the blood pressure measured at your arm. A low ankle-brachial index number can indicate narrowing or blockage of the arteries in your legs.

Cholesterol and Lipids Blood test

A cholesterol test can help determine your risk of the buildup of fatty deposits (plaques) in your arteries that can lead to narrowed or blocked arteries throughout your body (atherosclerosis).

HbA1c Blood Test (Diabetes Screening)

A blood test that measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 3 months. It’s one of the commonly used tests to diagnose prediabetes and diabetes.

How It Works

PRE-ASSESSMENT

Our heart check-up service starts by looking at your individual risk factors, such as your age, cholesterol profile, lifestyle habits, stress, existing conditions and family medical history. This information will help us to implement the most suitable cardiovascular testing.

TESTING

We perform a number of reliable tests to monitor the heart in different situations. These tests include ECG, Blood Pressure and Heart Rate, Exercise Stress Test, Ankle-Brachial Index Monitor, Cholesterol and Lipids Blood test, Diabetes Screening.

ASSESSMENT

The tests are analysed by our specialists. We prepare a preliminary assessment based on the performed tests. The assessment is provided to you before you leave.

FOLLOW-UP

Follow up consultations are completed via Telehealth at no charge. We arrange a referral to a cardiologist if we suspect or detect heart disease.
